dobar® 62000 Walky Dog Plus bike leash for dogs with remote 37.5 cm, silver

A bike walk with a dog can be a risky endeavor. In the end, care must be taken not to fall from your own four-legged friend or for it not to get tangled in the leash. Additionally, you must monitor traffic, all while holding the dog leash with one hand. A calm bike walk can quickly turn into a demanding task. The thoughtful and constantly improved design of the bike leash 'dobar® 62000 Walky Dog Plus' offers a solution.

Attach the metal bracket using the provided hex key to the bike frame under the seat (not on the seat tube!). By securing with two bolts and the special shape of the bracket, slipping during vibrations while moving is prevented, while the bike frame is protected from scratching with a rubber insert. The separators can now be attached or removed from the bike in seconds with the innovative quick-lock mechanism Quicklock. This allows the leash to be conveniently released from the bike and used as a short 'emergency leash' for short walks on foot.

Various aspects of 'Walky Dog Plus' ensure optimal safety for the dog and owner. Thus, the bike leash features three stainless springs at the base of the handle, which act as shock absorbers to absorb the dog's pulling. Depending on the strength and size of the dog, individual springs can be easily removed, which increases the length of the leash. Otherwise, the shorter leash prevents the dog from moving in front of or behind the bike and thus does not pose a danger. It is recommended that the handle is not vertical sideways, but tilted back by about 20° to ensure optimal protection. Additionally, the dog's weight should not exceed one-third of the cyclist's weight. For the dog's protection, the leash should only be attached to a harness, not to a collar.

This product is exclusively manufactured in Italy and is made from very high-quality and durable materials. The handle (length: about 37.5 cm) is made from a special, particularly resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304), which is also used in the food industry or for surgical instruments. The leash (length: about 25 cm) itself is made from extremely strong parachute cord, as used by the American military for decades.

Instructions for use >> Do not use the bike leash with dogs younger than 1.5 years.
