The terms below apply to orders placed through PawHouse.eu by consumers as defined by the Consumer Protection Act.
Right of withdrawal within 14 days
You have the right to cancel the order without giving a reason within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. To exercise this right, please fill out The return form (below on this page) and send it to us via email: office@pawhouse.euThe deadline is considered met if you send the message before the expiration of the 14 days.
Condition of the returned goods
The goods must be returned in a commercial condition: unused, with the original packaging, labels, and accompanying documents. You can check the nature and characteristics of the product as you would in a store. If its value has decreased due to use beyond what is necessary for such verification, you are responsible for the reduced value.
Who bears the return costs
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective, damaged, or do not correspond to the ordered ones. Goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply
According to the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not returnable for hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery, as well as to goods made to order.
